Why don't you go run some inf on your own capital instead?

Just for the record, while Factional Influence Decay has been reduced on the capitals, Reputation (which is used for Governor races) has not.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA.

Last round someone takes a run on Arcadia, gets a normal reprisal, eventually forgotten.
Round before that, Purple faction declares war on Independents. Basically ignored.
Thorne puts up out of the box inf on Lhasa, and there's a cry for his head.

Thorne, you really are the master.

I was actually expecting this to be a thread about how Thorne was already rage quitting.

Thorne took at least gov on all capitals last round. Flipped some of them. It's amusing that it's happening again, so early, during a phase where nobody else is trying.

The "reprisal" that Purple gave for losing Arcadia was kinda funny. Blue accidentally bombed Arcadia with a couple whales and Purple was aware that it wasn't malicious. The only Purple who attacked back was... Thorne. Nobody else really noticed, but there was living diplomacy during that event.

Kam, you're still a little excited, you know? But you probably knew all of this information anyway.

Kalin's a little excitable too, you guys would make an awesome team. Consider it.

Hardly a call for his head. Not even an exclamation point used.

In the spirit of not calling for heads, I won't mention the current Purple governor of Fuseli.

Oh dear, I just did. Sorry.

I would like to humbly suggest changing this thread's title to "Seriously, Atomsk? Still?"

Yeah, I noticed that a couple days ago, and will do something about it soon. But it's no longer the earliest days of the round, and that's not 20% of the total inf he's run this round.

This thread is just absurd. In the early days of any round if you're using combat to acquire funds then chances are you are using missions to increase difficulty and you're also going to snag the governorship. Given how long it takes in the first couple of weeks to travel to skylands, you usually stay put where there is a semi decent trade. You already know this.

Anything under 500k is nothing for any experienced inf runner like yourself to wipe out if you are determined to take it at the time you begin running so it's a lot of needless drama which serves no purpose but to garner ill will and to perpetuate the deepening of old wounds.

Really poor mentality and reaction for 6K of influence.

Well done.

Have some more grog. :grog:

Sorry, I don't check the forums much anymore, so just finally seeing this thread.

To Kalin - Was just passing through, mate! No hard feelings! :cheeky:
To Amira - I don't recall running influence last round, nor do I recall taking any capitals.

Thorne
