 Post subject: Hidden War Bug Fixing & Rebalancing

Bug Fixes:
Paths of the Nomad should now be working and showing up properly.
Skyland effects from Voice of the People and Organized Network should now be showing up and disappearing correctly.
Bug with how much influence was spreading from Infiltration has been fixed.
Bug related to how much supply/workforce was being given to the controlling faction of a skyland has been fixed.

General Changes:
Overall, the previous period of the Hidden War was working quite quickly. Events were happening too fast, and faction abilities were taking too long to occur and expiring too quickly.

The Hidden Fleet will be moving much slower in this next period, giving players more time to react.

The time it takes a faction action to go off has been reduced across the board.

Most faction actions with a duration now take much longer to expire (roughly 2 days)

Overall, the intent is to make it so the Hidden War is able to be engaged more sporadically. Ideally, a player will be able to make a difference logging in just once per day.

Additionally, mission givers all now provide 1 extra mission (both Skytopia and Hidden Fleet controlled)

Specific Faction Action Changes:
:orange:
Scout Raid has become more expensive, but much faster.
Skyland Transfering now takes 5 hours.

:purple:
Inspire the People lasts longer and is cheaper.
Dangerous Theatrics takes longer to go off and is slightly more expensive.

:redflag:
Armed Blockade now lasts longer but reduces influence by less. It has also been made cheaper.
Organized Network last longer and is more expensive.
Dam the Source now affects 3% of the Hidden Fleet's overall power

:brown:
Voice of the People lasts longer.
Blessed Cache lasts longer, is more expensive, and stacks only up to 30%
Purge the Wicked has been made more expensive.

:green:
Hand of the Market lasts longer, costs less supplies, costs more workforce
Infiltration lasts longer
Sabotage Run reduces more influence now.

:blue:
Paths of the Nomad lasts longer and is slightly more expensive

Still needing to get accomplished:

Hidden Fleet abilities (I should have those finished up within the next day or so). The abilities are defined, I just need to finish up how the HF gathers resources.

Hidden Carriers need to be placed in the game.

HF overall power needs to be put on the influence page.

How much supply/work/influence/etc that a legendary combat affects will be added to the legendary check list page.

I got severely delayed in being able to look over the first roleplay decision posts. They'll be posted up tomorrow sometime. Players will have roughly a week to decide.

Roleplay decision posts have been written. They are going through their final edit pass and will be posted sometime before tomorrow afternoon.

Apologies again for the delay, this week has been hectic.
