I'm sitting in my T6 bullfrog right now and I really like it. I don't see any T7 planes that I like, and the T8 and T9s all have things about them I don't like. Would you guys recommend sucking it up and going for a "better" plane that I may not like or sitting back on my T6 trader?

What I like about the bullfrog is decent arcs, decent top speed (almost 400 kph with upgrades), decent cargo, and some rockin' armor and AC (10 armor, 24 AC). Every plane in the tiers higher than this lacks one of these features (at least to me it looks like they do) :\

Don't forget that higher tier planes have more upgrade slots, so you can often make them fit the profile you may prefer from a lower tier plane.

I liked my Bullfrog a lot. You might consider the Lancaster, but the Bullfrog is a viable trader, imo.

I'm in the same position: I can now afford a Seafire, and am about to land somewhere that sells it, but I'm not seeing any reason to trade in my frog. The Seafire has 17% less armor, 71% less armor class, 45% less cargo, 32% less CKPH, and 100% fewer tail guns. And what do I gain? 8% more ammo, 24% more speed, 50% more maneuver, and room for Mega Ammo and the other High- Wings.

So I think I'll stay with my frog until I can afford a Lancaster.

yep. froggy is cool just i hated the fact it lost all the maneuvers (most importantly loop). I basically ditched it for seafire once I got the chance. less of a trading plane but I enjoy combat so it works for me. After that i switched into lancaster (and now im hating the front small guns. the side mediums barely make up for the huge wingspan that makes it a hugely easy target) I totally agree. the higher tier planes seem to get more and more boring in terms of how excited I am switching into them. I spent probably an hour deciding if i should switch into a T9 or not. I finally settled on the specter mostly just wanting more upgrade slots and the fact it has the same arcs as a bullfrog with a smaller sil and it has manuvers basically did it for me. Especially the fact now that I've hit T9 i dont actually NEED to trade for money means cargo is a much smaller issue.

I found that the Frog and Caster were the same in combat. AB and use the tail gun.
