I think ultimately, the idea of a hot potato type thing is interesting, and I may bring it back, but it would be for a positive bonus and not a negative.

As in, Wind = +5 missions, +25% chance of legendary combats, and every hour would get -1 missions, -5% chance of legendary combats up until the bonus provided was just 0%, 0%.

The decay thing just seems to cause problems anyway, and the winds did require moving more than I figured, though Blue's ended up at about 11 hours, which wasn't too bad (though I think I was the only one moving them :shifty: ).

Ooh, that sounds interesting. (Possibly as an application of Fleet technology, possibly something else.)
