Can you please post the exact time they will first arrive at the capitals and what the Lure speed is? I'd really like to have that information at least 24 hours in advance, so the leaders can make sure there will be someone available to toss the first Lure, and that person needs to be sure there'll be someone to catch it.

And do the Winds have any bleed effects? Do we need to worry about having two of them on adjacent skylands?

Winds will show up very late Sunday.

However, they will not start doing their influence hitting until noonish Monday.

ERROR --- When attempting to run a blockade from a3 to itself:
1) Select Alpha 3 -- good
2) Select blockade -- says I'm going to blockade, asks where
3) Select alpha 3:
"
Lure the Wind
(WILL ACTIVATE AROUND NOON CENTRAL, JULY 12) May only be used *from* a Skyland your faction controls where Lure the Wind is *currently happening*, to a Skyland that your faction controls. Upon landing, Lure the Wind will decay 5% or 500,000 Skytopia influence (whichever is higher). For every hour that Lure the Wind is active on a skyland, it will decay 3% or 300,000 Skytopian influence (whichever is higher) per hours. 300K/3% the first hour, 600K/6% the second hour, etc. Targeting a Skyland with Lure the W

This is happening for all actions so far. Although it *says* the correct ability at the top of the skyland selection screen, it only shows factional skylands even when we can target others, so the lure is breaking this as well.

Apparently my unicorns have taken on the power to lure the wind. I did a unicorn from Goldenrod to Goldenrod, and it was replaced by "Lure the Wind" on the "actions about to take place queue". Uh, bug?

I *believe* when the bug occurred, the cost of the Wind was at 0, so you should not have lost funds. If you did, just let me know how much and I'll refund.

I just tried to put 13 Fortifications on IdP.
My resources were taken but only "Lure the Wind" shows up in the pending action list by me

(taken resources were costs of 13 Fortifications- - not lure the wind i believe)

EDIT: Same bug seem while trying to add some Arms to A6

As the abilities list still list some bizarre and seemingly incorrect 'time per mile' listing, a little reverse engineering test:

Fuseli to Alpha 17 (4766km)
15minute base time
332 minutes to execute
=15km per 1min
