I just received a notification in FF that Skycust was just updated.
Fishy or legit?

This notification sounds really fishy to me. I don't see any updates to the source code lately.

Hmm... http://www.greasespot.net is 404'd at the moment, but https://github.com/greasemonkey/greasemonkey/wiki is up.

As per https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... /versions/ , an update to Greasemonkey was released on September 27, 2012.

I'd not noticed it before, but Gresemonkey now includes the option to automatically check scripts and apply updates to those scripts.
I suspect that I was running a (very) old version of Skycust and my recently updated Greasemonkey checked and applied the script update.

At least, that's what I think happened.

That could do it, yeah.

I received another notification a few hours ago.
I tried to screen-cap it, but I spilt water on my keyboard instead (which did not help things at all).
