Redoubtable skyrate nehp was a fine collector of influence, and an even finer collector of influence information. Flitting about from skyland to skyland with clipboard in hand, or pooling polls from a network of informants - it was a valued service however he did it.

To my understanding, nehp was last seen flying off into the sunset from Alpha 4, and the numbers aren't taking care of themselves. So I've taken it upon myself to fill in. Until such time as nehp returns, or the Friends of Gilbert take over the job, or said Friends tell me to knock off the unauthorised use of their data.

Mostly I just hacked up a copy of nehp's top 100 dailies. Notably, as before, you will not appear on the dailies if you are not among your faction's all time top 100 influence runners.

Some new things:
* Skyrate names are linked to their forum miniprofiles.
* There's now a rolling weekly top 100. This is still filling up with the first week's data as yet.
* Less Thorney, more Harey.

Very nice, Kathryn. Very nice indeed.

Of course, you picked a weird rollover time for us Americans, but still, much obliged.

I'll be if Pacific Daylight Time relates well to daylight time on this side of the Pacific.

Indeed, a nice, thorough job. 'Tis worth noting that phil posted a dynamically updated dailies here, but with only one days worth of data. (Ironically[1], I, too, have a script that does much the same thing as yours, but with fewer nifty features.)

One suggestion: I find the black boundaries around the cells a little harsh on the eyes, especially in comparison to dynarank. Maybe copy the relevant sections from the css files http://skyrates.net/(header.css|layout.css) used there? Stylistic choices are up to the designer, as always.

[1] In the Morisettian sense.

(Edit: footnote added.)

Well dog my cats. I might not have bothered had I known of that.

Agreed. I'll fix that.

It was just added yesterday, I believe. Yours is certainly nicer looking and more comprehensive. Anyway, I hear phil's been too busy putting on makeup and giving himself manicures to get more coding done. (Or he could be playing with Legacy numbers... nah.)

Freakin awesome!

I was sad when nehp's died and no fix appeared. Now we just need nutely to resurface and I'm set again!

Very nifty, I encourage you to continue posting data, as Phil does have many other jobs to do. Yours is also considerably more helpful in the long term.

Thanks,

In light of her creation of pretty charts and tasty pie graphs, I'd like to nominate Kathryn for a Golden Waffle award. How about it?

Oh my goodness, Why didnt I know about this sooner? I was looking this.

I noticed the days in office only go as high as 40, is that because this program is 40 days old or because programing prevent the number climbing higher then 40?

That is, the site began tracking this data 40 days ago (now 41, technically).

Is there any chance we can get this stickied or pinned or something as it's so useful? Or perhaps added to a sticky/pin with all the stuff like the cartographer?

I like the new look, though I would appreciate being able to see today/yesterday/last week without clicking through the tabs :(

Me toooo. I love the influence analysis madly, but I really like being able to compare the columns next to each other.

I enjoyed having them side by side, myself. And I find the flags as opposed to the colored backgrounds much harder to skim over for results.
