That side scrolling SHMUP version of Skyrates that I said would be super cool, quietly came out a couple months ago. While it doesn't have phil (Skyrates), it does at least have Suda51 (killer7, No More Heroes, Shadows of the Damned). Dieselpunk prop-driven aircraft flown by animal people. It's fun, might be worth sharing.

That does look pretty neat. Perhaps shooterier than I would usually play.

The title, though, just makes my brain start singing Juanes.

It's out for PC, and it's so very good.

System requirements are slightly more than Skyrates combat, but curiously not by much.
