I noticed you said that the Hidden War ending would be followed by a reset. Would that also include server downtime? Does that mean RP would continue when server went back up in a few weeks or would there be no down time this reset?

Good question Thorne. Server downtime will be occurring, but the exact time is not known to me. We're actually also moving to a newer and better server, and Henri Clay will be taking care of that transition. I'll poke him and ask how long he thinks it'll take.

When can we expect the reset to occur? I'm currently on holiday in Europe and would hate to see everyone start climbing the tiers without me.

"hasn't been especially engaged" most certainly doesn't mean "no connection whatsoever." A few resource adjustments, the signal analyses, and the blade. But the ties between the storyline and the mechanics have been loose, occasional, and rather staccato, rather than a hand-in-hand timely process that would make the role-play portion feel intimately tied to the actual mechanics war.

As a roleplay guide, I am very excited to see things continue. As for the server down time: Devs, would it be possible to keep the role plays going on the forums while the game is down? I thought the forums were on a separate server.

In any case, I encourage everybody to use this opportunity to participate. I know for the Brown and the Purple factions this is an awesome chance to establish what it really means to be a part of those factions. As for Red, Blue, and Green this is another opportunity to shine and let newer players know what you are all about. Bring back those good old fashion faction values.
